Ingredients
- 1 can 19 oz chick-peas, drained
- 1 whole garlic clove chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 pinch kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Serve at room temperature.
