Ingredients
- 2 15.5 oz. cans Hannaford Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 28 oz. can Hannaford Diced Tomatoes undrained
- 1 packet 1.25 oz. McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix
- Mini white or whole wheat boule
- 1 cup of Hannaford Sharp White Shredded Cheddar Cheese found in the Dairy department
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together in a large pot over medium heat. Bring to boil. th cheese.
- Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon out middle of boule to create bread bowl. Serve in bread bowl and top with cheese.
