Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rice or soy milk
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup blueberries raspberries or strawberries
  • 2 whole Medium ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp brown rice syrup

Instructions 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth. Serve garnished with berries or slices of banana.
