Ingredients
- 2 cups rice or soy milk
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup blueberries raspberries or strawberries
- 2 whole Medium ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp brown rice syrup
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth. Serve garnished with berries or slices of banana.
