Ingredients
  

  • 4 6 oz. tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 c. fresh orange juice about 1 orange
  • 3 T. fresh lime juice
  • 1 t. brown sugar
  • 1 T. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 t. lower-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. ground cumin
  • 1/4 t. black pepper
  • 1/4 t. ground red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1/2 t. paprika

Instructions 

  • 1. Arrange fish in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan coated lined with parchment paper. Combine orange juice with remaining ingredients except for paprika; pour over fish. Let stand 15 minutes.
  • 2. Preheat broiler.
  • 3. Sprinkle fish with paprika; broil 15 minutes. Drizzle sauce over fish to serve.
