Drain the chick-peas, reserving 1 tbsp of the liquid. Place chick-peas, 1 tbsp reserved liquid, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and sesame oil in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in a bowl garnished with parsley and paprika. Cut pita triangles are the traditional accompaniment. Hummus can be kept in the refrigerator up to a week.
