curry mayonnaise to taste

dijon mustard to taste

Instructions
Peel the eggs and cut in half. Gently remove the yolks and mash. Moisten to taste with curry mayonnaise and Dijon-style mustard.
Gently spoon or pipe back into the whites. Sprinkle with paprika and arrange on a platter.
Serve chilled or at room temperature as an hors d'oeuvre.
