  • 4 whole Hard boiled eggss large
  • 1 tablespoon mayonaise curry mayonnaise to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard to taste
  • 1 dash sweet paprika


  • Peel the eggs and cut in half. Gently remove the yolks and mash. Moisten to taste with curry mayonnaise and Dijon-style mustard.
  • Gently spoon or pipe back into the whites. Sprinkle with paprika and arrange on a platter.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature as an hors d'oeuvre.
