Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Season meat with all seasonings; let stand. In a small bowl, beat eggs well. Place bread crumbs on a large plate. Place 1/2 inch vegetable oil in a large skillet; heat over medium heat. Dip each piece of meat into egg, then into bread crumbs, until well coated. Brown each piece in vegetable oil, turning once. Place 2 halves side by side on a large piece of aluminum foil, and place a quarter of the onion on top. Seal into pouchlike shape. Place pouches on a baking sheet and place in preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour. Remove meat from foil pouches and serve.
