Instructions
Combine to a paste: Roquefort cheese, cream cheese. butter, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, sherry, and salt as needed.
Keep the spread in closely covered jar in the refrigerator. May be spread on crisp potato chips, crackers or toast round.
Optional decorate with radish slices and capers.
