Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb. Roquefort cheese
  • 2 3 oz. packages soft cream cheese: or use one 8-oz. package
  • 2 tbsp soft butter
  • 1 small grated onion optional
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry
  • Salt

Instructions 

  • Combine to a paste: Roquefort cheese, cream cheese. butter, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, sherry, and salt as needed.
  • Keep the spread in closely covered jar in the refrigerator. May be spread on crisp potato chips, crackers or toast round.
  • Optional decorate with radish slices and capers.
