Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Roquefort cheese
- 2 3 oz. packages soft cream cheese: or use one 8-oz. package
- 2 tbsp soft butter
- 1 small grated onion optional
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- Salt
Instructions
- Combine to a paste: Roquefort cheese, cream cheese. butter, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, sherry, and salt as needed.
- Keep the spread in closely covered jar in the refrigerator. May be spread on crisp potato chips, crackers or toast round.
- Optional decorate with radish slices and capers.
