1lbcenter-cut boneless pork loin chops4 chops each 1/2 inch thick, defrosted if frozen
1tablespooncooking oil spray
Instructions
The oven should be already heated to 425°F.
Smear 1/2 teaspoon mustard over one side of each chop. Spray a 13 X 9-inch or larger baking pan with cooking oil spray. Place the chops in the pan, mustard side up, and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake just until the chops are no longer pink, 15 to 16 minutes; do not overcook. Serve immediately.
