2whole green onions with topschopped
4whole Garlic clovesroasted in their skin
1/4cupbasil leaves
4sprigs parsley
1cupfish stock
1/4cupplain yogurt
1pinchsalt
1pinchblack pepper
Instructions
Sauté, grill, bake, or steam the fish fillets.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a small skillet, sauté the onions in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes, then put the mixture into a blender with the roasted garlic cloves (skins removed) and the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, then return the purée to the skillet and heat until it has thickened slightly.
