Ingredients

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, cook carrots and celery in water until tender; drain.
In a large soup pot, over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onion until tender, but not brown.
Stir in flour and cornstarch, then add broth and milk. Stir until smooth and saucy.
Add all other ingredients and simmer until cheese is melted and well blended.
