Pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash and dry the codfish.
Sprinkle both sides of the fillets with salt, pepper, and sage.
Place them in a greased, shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and cover with sour cream.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350° F.
