Combine all the ingredients except fish in a shallow baking dish large enough to fit all the fish in a single layer. Stir with fork to blend.
Add fish and cover with marinade. Place in refrigerator to marinate for one hour.
Heat oven to 400°.
Place the pan in the oven, uncovered, and bake 10 - 15 minutes or until fish is done. Baste fish with sauce once during baking. Be careful not to overcook.
To serve, place the fish with sauce on two warmed plates. You may want to add a few thin orange slices for garnish. This dish is also delicious served cold for hot-weather dining.
