Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mango chutney
  • ½ cup bourbon whisky
  • 2 cups veal demi-glaze
  • 2 pinch white pepper

Instructions 

  • Wipe the reserved frying pan. Add the chutney, whiskey, and demi-glaze and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Add the white pepper and reduce heat. Keep warm until ready to serve.
  • *Veal demi-glaze is available in specialty gourmet food shops.
