Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb frozen cod fillets
  • 2-1/2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 tsp dried minced parsley
  • 2 tsp dried chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions 

  • Remove the cod from the freezer and, when partially thawed, cut into quarters.
  • Grease the pan and place the cod in the pan.
  • Melt the butter and brush it onto the cod. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Pour the milk around the fillets and cover with onion and parsley. Broil for about 15 minutes, until nicely browned, basting occasionally.
