Carrot chips and celery sticks for dipping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Add beans, steamed cauliflower, cheese, yogurt, black pepper, chili powder, buffalo wing sauce and olive oil to bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse 10-15 times until well combined and roughly chopped.
3. Fold in chopped bell pepper and scallions.
4. Spoon into an ungreased 10" casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
5. Remove from oven and let cool 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm with carrot chips and celery sticks.
