1/2lbchicken gizzards and heartscooked and trimmed
1pinchsalt
1pinchblack pepper
1/2cupdry white wine
4slicestoasted bread
Instructions
Heat the butter, add the mushrooms and onion and cook until brown, stirring occasionally.
Add the chicken livers and cook 3 minutes. Add the gizzards and hearts and cook about 3 minutes longer. Season with salt and pepper, add the wine and cook 2 minutes. Serve hot on toast squares.
