  • 1 whole Hard boiled eggs finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon finely cut chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sweet red pepper chopped

  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon cider vinegar

Instructions
