Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°.
Drain: 2 cups cooked lima beans.
Add: 1/4 lb. salt pork cut into strips, 1 large minced onion, 1 tbsp molasses, 2 cups drained cooked tomatoes, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder or pepper, 1 teaspoon salt.
Bake these ingredients in a greased casserole about 1 hour.
