Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz semisweet chocolate
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream

Instructions 

  • Melt 5 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate in the upper part of a double boiler over hot water. Stir in a pinch of salt and 1/2 cup of sour cream. Blend until smooth and spread over top and sides of an 8-inch cake.
