Pinch

Instructions
Combine the egg yolks, corn syrup, and melted chocolate. Cook over medium heat until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Remove from the heat, cool thoroughly, and flavor with the cinnamon and vanilla.
Fold into the whipped cream.
Pour the mixture into refrigerator ice trays and let stand in the refrigerator freezer about 2-1/2 to 3 hours, or until frozen.
