lightly canned crushed tomatoes

Instructions
Put onions, parsley, and garlic in the workbowl of a food processor and process until finely chopped.
Heat oil in a 2-quart soufflé dish, uncovered, at 100% for 2 minutes. Stir in onion mixture. Cook, uncovered, at 100% for 8 minutes, stirring once.
Remove from oven. Stir in crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook at 100% for 6 minutes.
Remove from oven. Taste and adjust seasoning.
