Instructions
Mix the cod, potatoes and egg together. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into cakes and roll in bread crumbs. Place on a cooling rack and refrigerate for another hour. Place in a skillet coated with oil or melted butter and fry until cakes are golden.
