Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Beat the egg yolks, add the rice, otameal or cornmeal.
Mix in the milk and melted butter.
Sift together all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Combine the liquid and the dry ingredients with a few swift strokes, then fold in the egg whites. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
