Ingredients

double-acting baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Have ingredients about 70°.
Cream butter and powdered sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light.
Sift cornstarch before measuring out 1 cup cornstarch.
Sift 3 times again, with 2 teaspoons double-acting baking powder
Combine the creamed and the sifted ingredients until blended.
Fill muffin tins with greased bottoms half full and bake about 15 minutes.
