Instructions
1. Place water, sugar and corn syrup in large saucepan; bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer for 15 minutes until reduced and thickened slightly. Whisk in cocoa powder to a smooth consistency.
2. Add heavy cream, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat and stir in chopped chocolate and raspberry syrup. Pour into fondue pot, place over low flame to keep warm.
3. Cut chocolate bread into 1-inch cubes and cut up fruit (strawberries, Granny Smith apples, plums, bananas); slide bread cubes and fruit pieces onto fondue fork or skewer and dip into chocolate fondue. (Fruit not included in nutritional analysis.)
