Dash of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Soak the haddock in warm water for 1 hour.
Butter a shallow baking dish. Place the haddock in the baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Melt the butter in a skillet and cook the onion over medium heat until soft.
Stir in remaining ingredients, and pour mixture over the haddock.
Bake for 45 minutes.
