Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz Water
  • 2 oz Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 5 oz Flour sifted

Instructions 

  • Combine the water, butter, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a full boil.
  • Add the flour all at once. Stir vigorously over the heat until the mixture forms a stiff ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
  • Cool the paste, then chill it. Keep it covered so that it does not form a skin on the surface.
