In a small skillet, dry roast the seeds on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until begin to brown.
Preheat oven to 400°F. On a baking sheet, place the wakame and bake for 10 minutes. (Check to prevent burning.) In a blender or food processor, combine the warm seeds and wakame and blend until well combined.
Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use. (This condiment can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for several weeks.)
