Combine 2 tbsp. honey, orange juice, zest, garlic cardamom, salt and pepper.
Place pork chops in a zip lock bag or large dish. We had to use 2 dishes due to the sizes of our pork chops.
Pour the mixture over the pork chops and allow to marinade for 30-60 minutes.
Remove the chops from the marinade.
Pour the remaining honey and the marinade from the pork chops into a medium saucepan.
Simmer on low until the marinade volume has been reduced to a glaze texture.
When the marinade has cooked for at least 10 minutes, place the pork chops on the grill over medium to high heat. Turning once.
Remove the glaze from the heat and allow to cool for a few minutes.
Once the porks chops are 3/4 of the way cooked, brush the prepared glaze over the chops. Turn once more and glaze the other side of the chops.
Remove the chops from the grill once the meat has cooked and allow them to sit for 3 minutes. If you have any glaze left over, pour the remaining mixture over the chops and serve!
