Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Fresh green beans snap ends, 2 inch lengths
  • 1 dash salt to taste
  • 1 dash Black pepper freshly ground, to taste
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Fresh lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Cut off and discard the tips of the beans. Break the beans into two-inch lengths. Drop them into boiling salted water and return to the boil. Simmer about 7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Do not overcook. Drain.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, butter, parsley and lemon juice. Toss well and serve hot.
