Set oven to broil. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil.
Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry. Remove the tenderloin from the rib side of the chicken breast. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix together the rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and red chili sauce in a small bowl. Brush the sauce on both sides of the chicken breast and tenderloin. Place on the broiler pan.
Mix together the honey, orange juice concentrate, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Spread the sauce on both sides of the chicken thighs. Place on the broiler pan.
Broil the chicken for 5 - 6 minutes, turn it over, and brush again with the glaze. Broil for another 4 - 5 minutes, until cooked through.
Hoisin Glazed Pork Chops: Substitute center-cut pork chops for the chicken. Trim away excess fat. Brush the hoisin glaze on the pork chops and broil for 5 - 6 minutes on each side.
