Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb fresh shrimp
  • 1 cup coffee-flavored liqueur kahlua
  • 1-1/2 cups honey
  • 1-1/2 cups lou ana peanut oil
  • 20 oz tiger sauce
  • 2 tbsp seasoned salt
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic cloves peeled, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 oz hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil
  • 2 tbsp chopped thyme
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • 3 tablespoon Red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 lb angel hair pasta

Instructions 

  • Combine ingredients for marinade and marinate shrimp for several hours.
  • Grill shrimp over charcoal fire with mesquite and hickory wood.
  • Heat the Worcestershire sauce, beef stock and red pepper together.
  • Add cooked pasta to beef stock.
  • Serve shrimp over the angel hair pasta. Garnish with fresh cilantro and grilled tomato.
