Ingredients

Instructions
Boil the new potatoes in 2 cups water for 10 minutes.
Add the fish, onion, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the potatoes are done.
In a bowl, mix the flour and milk into a paste; slowly stir the paste into the soup.
Next, blend in the butter. Add a little more salt if needed. Simmer for another 2 or 3 minutes.
Serve hot with plenty of bread. If you like freshly ground black pepper, take a few turns of your pepper mill over the soup.
