Salad greens
Instructions
Cook the lima beans according to package directions and drain. Trim the mushrooms, wash and dry thoroughly. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Combine the beans, scallions, parsley, marjoram, vinegar, oil, garlic, salt, pepper and mustard. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and toss lightly. Pile the mixture atop salad greens.
