Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon white rum or
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Prepare Italian Meringue.
  • Fold 2 cups of whipped cream into 2 cups of Italian meringue, and flavor with 1 tbsp of white rum or 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract. Enough to fill and frost a roulade jelly roll.
