Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped celery
  • ½ cup finely cut fresh mint leaves
  • 3 cups fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 dash salt to taste

Instructions 

  • Melt 3 tablespoons of the butter in a skillet. Add the onion and celery and cook for 3 minutes. Add the mint leaves and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  • Remove from the heat and toss with the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter, the crumbs, and salt.
