Instructions
Combine the oil, tamari brown rice syrup, and brown rice vinegar in a small saucepan. Bring to a slow boil, then add the arrowroot mixture.
Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, until thick and bubbly, then remove from the heat and let it sit to thicken.
Combine the umeboshi and miso with warm water to thin. Stir into the tamari mixture and mix until smooth. Add the gomashio and cool.
