Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Broiled beef top sirloin steak 1/8" trim
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper coarse ground
  • ½ each Fresh medium limes
  • ½ each Fresh whole small red onion
  • 5 oz Fresh red cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • tablespoon Fresh oregano
  • tablespoon Pure olive oil
  • tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin ground
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic minced, wet
  • 3/8 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  • 1. Whisk Mojo sauce ingredients into small bowl; set aside.
  • 2. Cut beef steak into 1 1/4 inch pieces; season with pepper
  • 3. Alternately thread beef with lime and onion wedges evenly onto for 12-inch metal skewers. Thread tomatoes evenly onto 4 metal skewers.
  • 4. Place kabobs on grill over medium heat. Grill tomato kabobs, uncovered 2-4 minutes or until slightly softened, turn occasionally. Grill beef kabobs, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turn occasionally.
  • 5. Serve kabobs drizzled with sauce.
