Instructions
Pit and coarsely chop 4 of the nectarines. Mix with 1/4 cup of the sugar in a small bowl and let macerate for at least 30 minutes.
Pit and slice the remaining nectarines and set aside.
Whip the cream, Crème fraîche, remaining 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla to soft peaks.
Split the biscuits or slices of pound cake horizontally and place one half on each dessert plate. Spoon the macerated nectarines and their juices over the biscuits. Spoon some whipped cream over the nectarines and top with the remaining biscuit half. Place the sliced nectarines over each, top with the remaining whipped cream, and serve.
