or 4 tbsp of pine-nuts
butter

Instructions
Three or four tablespoons of pine-nuts are very gently heated in butter in the omelette pan until they just barely begin to turn colour.
Beat the eggs with the salt and pepper. Pour into the pan and make as you would an omelette.
