12ozTaste of Inspirations Wildflower Honey Ham
4ozFontina Cheesethinly sliced or substitute mozzarella or porvolone
2cupBaby arugula
1each Small Red onionthinly sliced
2tablespoonOlive oil
Instructions
1. Arrange 4 bread slices on work surface. Divide chicken, ham, cheese, arugula and onion evenly over bread. Top with remaining slices of bread and drizzle both sides with olive oil.
2. Heat a large heavy skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add sandwiches, and grill, pressing firmly with a heavy spatula 3-4 minutes per side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is heated through.
