Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 lb brussels sprout
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 splash Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions 

  • 1. In large frying pan with high sides, heat olive oil to medium heat and sauté chopped onions until tender.
  • 2. Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and saute 8-10 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • 3. Sprinkle with salt and balsamic vinegar.
