Instructions
1. In large frying pan with high sides, heat olive oil to medium heat and sauté chopped onions until tender.
2. Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and saute 8-10 minutes until tender-crisp.
3. Sprinkle with salt and balsamic vinegar.
