Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cups graham flour
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 2 cups sour milk or buttermilk
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 4-1/2-inch loaf pan.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Place in the prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour, until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
