Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz center cut pork loin chop 2 chops well trimmed about 3/4 thick
  • 1 whole green yellow or Red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup diced red or yellow onion
  • 1 teaspoon blackened cajun spice
  • 16 to 18 oz baked beans undrained

Instructions 

  • Coat a large nonstick skillet with nonstick vegetable spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add chops, bell peppers, and onion. Sprinkle evenly with seasoning mix and cook for 5 minutes. Turn chops, stir vegetable mixture, and continue cooking for 5 more minutes. Add beans to skillet and stir into vegetable mixture. Continue to cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until chops are no longer pink in center, stirring occasionally.
