Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz dried figs
  • 32 oz rhubarb
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons lemon zest

Instructions 

  • Wash figs and rhubarb and cut into small pieces. Add sugar, lemon juice, and grated rind and stir until juice is formed. Cook gently for 45 minutes, until thick and clear. Pour into hot sterilized glasses and seal.
