1/4 - 1/2cupsalsaroasted garlic
1cuproasted red peppersdrained, rinsed and chopped
Instructions
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Place a tortilla in the skillet followed by the cheese, peppers, black beans, onions, cilantro, and salsa for the filling. Cut the quesadillas into wedges for serving.
