seedless navel oranges
about 1-1/4 lbs total weight

black olives
preferably imported

tsp
paprika
1/2
tsp
finely minced garlic
1
tsp
red wine vinegar
3
tbsp
olive oil
Salt to taste
Spice
pepper, black, ground

tbsp
finely chopped parsley.
Instructions
Trim off the ends of the oranges. Peel oranges and cut them into quarter-inch slices. Put them in a mixing bowl.
Add the olives.
Blend the paprika, garlic, vinegar and oil, salt and pepper. Blend well and pour this over the oranges and olives. Blend well.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
